Expansion of the existing 178,000 square foot student center with a combination of approximately 130,000 square feet of new construction and 50,000 square feet of renovation to existing construction, the existing campus wide 12 kV distribution system will be extended to serve a new 1000 kVA secondary unit substation located in the new building.
